Carson started his career as a pioneer in the cloud-based technology industry and came to ProInsurance in 2001 as an employee benefits consultant. His tech experience gives him an innate understanding of what our technology-focused clients need, and because he thrives on thinking and creating way outside of the box, he’s able to design innovative employee benefit strategies that set his clients apart from their peers and help them attract and retain top talent. He specializes in helping companies scale from any stage to a fully developed multinational corporation, with a consistent benefits philosophy that appeals to the global talent pool in any space.

As a managing partner, Carson leads the ProCo employee benefits consulting team, works directly with current and prospective clients, and is involved in the strategic planning of our firm. He’s a graduate of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) and a current CEBS candidate in the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Beyond ProCo

Married to his college sweetheart, two amazing kids, and likes to be outdoors anytime and anywhere he can: mountain biking, fishing, hiking. Stretch goal: Secure a claim in the Sierra Nevada foothills and start a small, environmentally friendly gold mining operation.
