Mike has over 35 years of claim management experience in all lines of coverage, but has focused the majority of his career on Workers’ Compensation. His unique background and training includes: working as a claim adjuster, branch claim manager, private investigator and Regional V.P. of Claim Services for one of the largest brokerage firms in the world. That well-rounded background provides him with a unique and well-rounded perspective and coupled with his experience managing the claims for some of the country’s largest employers gives our clients access to risk management techniques usually reserved for only very large national and international companies. He has served on special committees called by the Insurance Commissioner, lead presentations at the National RIMS conference and presented dozens of training sessions.

Mike leads our Risk Services/Claim Team which includes other similarly experienced claim professionals who advocate on behalf of our clients to get the best possible outcome for our client. The team develops and implements a best practices approach to drive great results for each of our clients. Mike’s team deploys a no non-sense approach to claim management and accident prevention that provide our clients with the tools and resources necessary to create a strategy that drives superior results time and time again.

Beyond ProCo

Mike is a father to 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter and enjoys spending as much time as possible with them. Stretch goal: To attend the Olympic Games.
